LG has announced that its new 4K MiniLED TV, which will debut at CES 2026 (Jan. 6 to Jan. 9), will be available in 55- and 65-inch models. The set will run on the α (Alpha) 7 AI Processor, have AI Sound Pro (Virtual 9.1.2ch) audio, and sit flush against your wall so it looks like a piece of canvas art when not in use.
Magnetic frames and art options
Like other options in this space, it will have customizable magnetic frames that you can easily switch, and you'll be able to choose from a large library of art options in LG Gallery+, a paid subscription that costs about $5 a month (but there is a "light" free version).
LG says there will be more than 4,500 choices refreshed monthly, ranging from fine art to cinematic scenes, game visuals, and animations. You can also use your own photos or tap into generative AI to display anything you can think of.

In addition, you'll be able to add background music, either streaming your own playlist via Bluetooth or choosing from built-in tracks that match your mood.
LG noted the TV is designed for "interior-conscious consumers," adding that it will bring a "sophisticated gallery atmosphere" to your home. A special Gallery Mode, which LG developed with museum curators, will optimize color and brightness to reduce glare, minimize reflections, and reproduce the real visual texture of original masterpieces.
Picture quality will even adjust throughout the day as ambient light changes in your room.
Pricing and availability
After the original Frame TV debuted from Samsung, several competitors have introduced "TV as art" sets, including Hisense and TCL. LG's entry, though, marks the first time one of the bigger names has made a serious challenge.
