A few days after two shooters, inspired by the Islamic State, killed 15 people during a Hanukkah celebration at Bondi Beach in Australia, the mayor of Richmond, California shared a series of LinkedIn posts. "RIP to all the victims of Israel's false flag attacks," read one. "Israel is trying to manufacture fear and hate. Don't let them."
