The El-Kassum Regional Council, one of only two Bedouin regional councils in Israel, filed a petition with Israel's High Court of Justice on Monday against the police, National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir, and his ministry, seeking an end to a police operation in the Bedouin town of Tarabin.
