NOIDA: The body of an unidentified woman was found stuffed in a bag at a remote dumping yard in Sector 142 on Saturday evening. Even after 24 hours, police were yet to identify the woman.The woman, believed to be between 22 and 25 years old, was found with her hands and feet bound with white cloth. Her face was burnt - possibly with acid - and neck had deep cuts. The body, police said, appeared to be at least three days old.According to cops, the body of the woman, who is more than 5ft tall, was forcibly packed into an ordinary bag before being abandoned in the dumpyard."We received information about the body on Saturday evening and immediately dispatched teams to the spot," said Santosh Kumar, additional deputy commissioner of police (central Noida).The area where the body was found is a secluded dumping site with no surveillance cameras. Even shops and houses in the area lack CCTV coverage, which has made it difficult for police to trace the movements of the accused.Although policehave initiated an investigation, no useful information has emerged so far.
