Narwal’s flagship robots always impress, but the Flow 2 takes things to a whole new level. It all starts with a brand-new minimalist design: a sleek, rational arc form factor complemented by intuitive cyber light and stylish frosted glass panels. Beyond the aesthetics, the design prioritizes utility with easy-lift tanks for seamless maintenance.
The upgraded AI feature is the standout highlight of Flow 2, whose last-generation sibling has already been well praised for its built-in AI chip. Still powered by dual 1080p RGB cameras with 136° ultra-wide fields of view and a built-in AI chip, the Flow 2 leverages its cloud-based VLM (Vision Language Model) to achieve unlimited object recognition. It no longer just detects; it analyzes and decides in real time. This leap from finite to infinite intelligence allows the Flow 2 to navigate the most complex scenarios with seamless precision. It’s even beyond cleaning.

To be specific, the updated system offers a range of family-friendly modes tailored to different household scenarios, ensuring smooth, automated cleaning without manual intervention. It comes with Pet Mode, which means the robot can recognize a pet’s active area and automatically boost cleaning. More smart interactions with pets will also be available in Flow 2, such as a Find My Pet function that lets the user send a command to the robot to find the missing pet in the house, as well as a video call and pet-teasing function.
The Flow 2 also performs well with its Baby Care Mode, automatically switching to quiet cleaning near the crib and avoiding crawling zones to create a bacteria-free environment for the baby. It can even recognize and send reminders about missing or misplaced items via the AI Floor Tag, so users can always stay worry-free when leaving something important on the floor.
