A documentary filmmaker has captured the moment a woman erupted at him and his friends after she asked them for $5.
TJ said the stranger approached the group at Batman Park, in Melbourne, and appeared polite at the start of the interaction.
'That person came up to us and asked for $5 and I said, "Sorry, we don't have it",' he said.
'The next minute they went straight into my face, talking in gibberish, in tongues or some type of language I couldn't understand.'
The situation escalated in just seconds.
Disturbing footage shows the woman ranting and, at one point, making a chilling threat as TJ's friends attempted to calm her down.
TJ said he suddenly realised there was a dangerous object right next to his neck.
'I looked at that person's hand when it was pointing at me, and they had a glass pipe right next to my face, right next to my neck,' he told news.com.au.

'And when the person's face got really, really close to me, I looked at their skull. They had a massive open wound, like a fresh wound.'
Shaken, TJ said the speed of the blow‑up left him stunned.
'She went from zero to a hundred, literally in one second.'
The incident comes amid a series of violent episodes that have put Melbourne's street safety in the spotlight.
During the New Year period, CCTV captured a machete‑wielding gang ambushing two young men on Lygon Street in Carlton just before midnight, leaving both with critical injuries as the attackers fled.
Days later, dash-cam footage from the Monash Freeway at Narre Warren showed masked men, some armed with machetes and metal poles, pouring out of crashed cars and brawling in live traffic, forcing shocked drivers to reverse off the freeway while police dogs searched the nearby bush.
No injuries were reported and a man who was questioned was released without charge.
