My thoughts are with the Chakma family and the people of Tripura and North East. We are proud to call you our fellow Indian brothers and sisters," he added. This comes after Chakma was assaulted by a group of miscreants in Dehradun on December 9 and later succumbed to his injuries on December 26 at a private hospital.
