This celebrity special of the reality business competition sees two teams of stars dispatched to Lapland to develop, market and sell their own gingerbread biscuits. It’s all of our favourite tasks rolled into one, promising dodgy jingles, agonising adverts and kitchen nightmares. And, it’s all for charity, as unlike the usual curious creations we see in the show, these biscuits are on sale nationwide, with part of every purchase going towards the work of Children in Need.
Among the celebs taking part, there’s Big Brother’s AJ Odudu, TV presenter Angela Scanlon, EastEnders’ Jake Wood, JLS star JB Gill, legendary Gladiator Matt Morsia, Miranda actor Sarah Hadland and TV judge and author Rob Rinder. There’s also Tom Skinner, fresh off Strictly and making an emotional return to The Apprentice after featuring in the 2019 regular edition.
Also look out for a new edition the other side of the boardroom table, with interview menace Mike Soutar temporarily picking up the reigns from Tim Campbell. As always, Baroness Brady will also be on hand to keep a watchful eye on the contestants.

What do the judges make of the The Celebrity Apprentice Christmas Specials line-up?
Lord Sugar: "Obviously they're television personalities in TV programmes that I don't watch. But it was good, bloody good! And very clever because it's all about Christmas and about making biscuits. And what is different about this one is that the biscuits are going on sale in supermarkets and shops this Christmas. And it’s all for Children in Need, which is a great cause."
Baroness Brady: "I knew most of them, some better than others. But I admire them for giving up their time and their effort. It takes a special sort of person who’s willing to put themselves through the ringer like that. They were actually a very competitive bunch. I think they were all ambitious and they all wanted to win and they all wanted to raise as much money as possible. So that was good."
Who is the new judge for The Celebrity Apprentice Christmas Specials?
With regular judge/advisor Tim Campbell unavailable for the festive special, Mike Soutar, known for his grilling interview technique, has stepped in.
"Unfortunately Tim couldn’t make it" says Lord Sugar, "so we called upon Mike to come in, and Mike's very good. He's been in lots of our shows, he’s well known for doing all of the interviews. He’s a very nice man, and he knows the programme inside out, so who better to call in other than Mike? He was very good, honestly."
