The College Football Playoff quarterfinals are underway this evening when the No. 10 Miami Hurricanes face the No. 2 Ohio State Buckeyes in the 2025 Cotton Bowl. The defending champion Buckeyes have been able to rest for almost a month since losing to No. 1 Indiana in the Big Ten Championship. The Hurricanes are coming off a 10-3 victory over Texas A&M in the first round of the CFP. This will be Miami and Ohio State’s first game together since 2011, when Miami won 24-6.
