The College Football Playoff heads into the semifinals today when the No. 10 Miami Hurricanes face the No. 6 Ole Miss Rebels in the 2026 Fiesta Bowl. Miami secured its spot in the semifinal with a decisive 24-14 win over No. 2 Ohio State at the Cotton Bowl. Ole Miss barely slid by No. 3 Georgia with a 39-34 comeback win at the Sugar Bowl. Miami and Ole Miss have played just three times, and their last meeting was in 1951.
