Dozens of international humanitarian organisations will be banned from operating in the devastated Gaza Strip after Israel said the groups had not complied with a deadline to meet "security and transparency standards". A number of aid groups have refused to submit a list of their Palestinian staff over fears they will be targeted by Israel.
