Jeopardy! host Ken Jennings launches blistering attack on Trump in wake of Minneapolis ICE shooting
The host posted that he would vote in the next election for whoever would prosecute the Trump administration at the 'highest level'.
Jeopardy! host Ken Jennings revealed he is voting for whoever will prosecute the Trump Administration following the shooting of a protester in Minnesota by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent.
Jennings took to liberal X alternative BlueSky on Wednesday to unleash a tirade of posts explaining his anguish after learning about the death of 37-year-old poet Renee Nicole Good.
'The "prosecute the former regime at every level" candidate has my vote in 2028,' wrote the 51-year-old, hours after President Trump defended the shooting of Good.
'It's been a dark week, but I just saw someone reply to an "Abolish ICE" post with a scoldy Bluesky "Uh, try abolish DHS," and that joy will sustain me for a little while,' Jennings added.
Jennings went on to repost an upload about Good, highlighting that she was a mother of a six-year-old who has now been orphaned.
He also reposted an article about ICE agents showing up at child care centers in Minnesota.
Good was married to a comedian named Timothy Macklin, who died in 2023, and was living with handywoman partner Rebecca Good, 40, at the time of her death.
Despite Jennings posts being well received on the progressive platform, garnering nearly 75,000 likes, he highlighted a user who mocked him.
In response to the host's comment about vowing to vote for prosecution, a user said, 'Sorry, but you must phrase that in the form of a question.'

The Seattle native explained that he would not block the person who wrote that response because he has the 'patience of a saint.'
But he couldn't resist a rant, adding: 'You might have something substantive to say instead. Or, even better, you can say nothing at all.'
His diatribe comes amid Vice President JD Vance calling for Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents to 'work even harder' after Good was shot dead.
ICE claimed Good deliberately drove her burgundy SUV at agents but witnesses dispute that and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey called it 'bulls**t'.
Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem described Good’s alleged actions as 'an act of domestic terrorism' and defended her officer's actions.
'An officer of ours acted quickly and defensively, shot to protect himself and the people around him,' she said.
The Jeopardy! host also appeared to comment on the capture of former Venezuelan president Nicolas Maduro
