The Do It Like A Dude hitmaker, 37, appeared on the annual pre-recorded show where she both performed and spoke to the iconic host, 67, about her gruelling diagnosis.
Prior to her breathtaking rendition of Frank Sinatra’s My Way, she was asked about her 2025, which saw her reveal in June that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer and subsequently underwent a mastectomy and reconstructive surgery.
She told Jools: 'I haven't been well this year, I've got new boobs, big. We're looking at the positive silver lining. My nipples are looking in different directions, but we look at the positives! For context, I did have breast cancer...
'I know I've been talking about it a lot, but I think it's important that we do talk about it, good things, bad things. But I will say this, don't define your life on your worst days.'

Jessie stunned fans earlier this year when she revealed her heartbreaking diagnosis, which she exposed in forensic detail to support fellow sufferers.
Speaking to Jools, she went on: 'I think this has been tough for a lot of people. It's been the year of the snake (in Chinese zodiac), but we've done a lot of shedding and letting go. And I think the world needed to kind of be exposed a little bit...
'Hopefully for 2026 to be a year of coming together and more empathy, acting on our instincts, more in the right way. I'm so blessed that all my blessings outweigh anything that's been challenging this year...
'Honestly, I wouldn't have enjoyed this release, I haven't released an album in eight years, and I don't think I would have enjoyed it like I have...
'So there's always a silver lining, and I do believe we learn the most about ourselves in the hardest time. So when they come, grab them and learn.'
Earlier in the day Jessie shared a teary end-of-year wrap up with fans on Tuesday as she admitted 2025 was 'one of the hardest' years of her life.
Sharing to Instagram a close up picture of her eye as she cried, the singer told fans this year 'has been heavy and hard' as she has been 'feeling really low'.
