The Lebanese government's efforts to disarm Hezbollah, while "encouraging," are "far from sufficient," the office of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Thursday, following the Lebanese Army's statement that it has gained a state monopoly on all munitions in southern Lebanon.
