For the first time in almost 18 months 34-year-old Estelita Huijer has no future court appointments in her diary and no longer faces the imminent threat of being sent to jail.
Fashion designer Estelita Huijer has started the new year with a clean slate after dealing with the last of a long list of criminal charges over the Christmas break.
For the first time in almost 18 months, the ex-girlfriend of rock star Daniel Johns has no future court appointments and no longer faces the imminent threat of jail.
The occasional model dated Johns for about four years from 2013 after the Silverchair frontman quit the chart-topping band to concentrate on his solo career.
Last year, Huijer gave birth to a child fathered by another former partner, restaurateur Andrew Becher, with whom she had broken up in spectacular circumstances.
Huijer, who describes herself on Instagram as 'Dutch-Filipino-Australian', was in a four-year 'on-and-off intimate relationship' with Becher which ended sometime in 2024.
Becher, who owns popular eateries Franca, Armorica and Pelicano in Sydney's inner-east, has been a star on the Sydney hospitality scene for more than a decade.
In October last year, Becher's Rivage Hospitality group opened Le Frérot, a café, bar and bistro next door to Franca in Macleay Street, Potts Point.
The end of Huijer's relationship with Becher left her 'navigating a complex and often unsafe dynamic' while she carried his child, a court was told last year.

All of the domestic violence charges - the last of which were finalised a week before Christmas - related to her relationship with Becher.
Huijer was first made the subject of an AVO to protect Becher in June 2021.
That order, which included a requirement she not approach Becher within 12 hours of drinking alcohol or taking illicit drugs, was put in place for two years.
At the same time the AVO was imposed, she was found guilty of resisting a police officer and sentenced to a 12-month conditional release order (CRO).
Another two-year AVO protecting Becher from Huijer was made on March 21, 2024.
On that day, an assault charge was withdrawn and Huijer pleaded guilty to contravening an AVO. She was not convicted but was sentenced to another 12-month CRO.
Huijer was arrested on August 1, 2024 over a series of events which allegedly took place earlier that day and during the previous night at Becher's Point Piper home.

She was originally charged with common assault, trespass, stealing more than $2,000 in cash and contravening an AVO.
Huijer was also accused of intentionally damaging property and intentionally marking a premises without consent in relation to an accusation she used a permanent marker to deface Becher's wardrobe.
She spent a night in custody before facing Waverley Local Court, where she sobbed as magistrate Jacqueline Milledge granted her bail and issued a stern warning.
'You breach any of these conditions, you have any contact with him again, bail will be taken off you,' Ms Milledge had said.
'This constitutes a very serious breach of the order and it's an indication that it's escalating, and you're becoming more desperate.'
Huijer was arrested again the following month, on September 9, after another disturbance at Becher's apartment.
On that night, Huijer had called triple zero to report a domestic violence incident, according to a statement of facts tendered in court in April last year.
She was taken to St Vincent's Hospital with a head injury and later charged with common assault as well as breaching an AVO.

Almost four months later, on December 30, Huijer went to Becher's Wolseley Road unit about 2am, according to a statement of facts tendered in court.
'The accused informed the victim that she is pregnant and said the baby is his,' the statement said.
'The accused and the victim began speaking when the victim demanded her to get a paternity test. The victim [Becher] called police a short time later.'
Huijer attended Bondi Beach police station about 2.45pm the same day and was arrested for breaching the AVO.
During a routine search police found Huijer was carrying 0.53 grams of cannabis in a tobacco pouch which she said she had found on a Bondi street.
Huijer committed two more breaches of the restraining order during her pregnancy.
'Since service of the [AVO], there have been occasions in which the accused has contacted the victim by phone, texting and WhatsApp,' another statement of facts said.
'The most recent contact was a missed phone call from the accused at 5.04am on January 16, 2025.'
In the past 17 months, Huijer has been charged with assault, stealing, fraud, possessing drugs, trespassing, vandalism and repeatedly breaching a restraining order
Two days later, Huijer was caught on CCTV in the lobby of Becher's home about 8.45am. Five minutes after that, Becher's building manager called him to say Huijer had been buzzing his intercom.
The manager sent Becher screenshots of the CCTV, and the following day Becher rang Rose Bay police to report the lobby visit and missed call.
The charges from August and September 2024 were due to be heard in April last year but a prosecutor withdrew each count except one of the AVO breaches after Becher did not appear in court.
Huijer pleaded guilty to that single offence and her solicitor Jessica Tohi said her client had gone to Becher's home with his consent the night it occurred.
She said Huijer was 'navigating a complex and often unsafe dynamic' with Becher and submitted an appropriate punishment would be a conditional release order.
Magistrate Scott Nash said Huijer's offending was at the lower end of the scale and granted Ms Tohi's request, imposing a 12-month conditional release order with a conviction, as well as a two-year AVO.
In October last year, Huijer was all set for a hearing at Downing Centre Local Court over the three other AVO breaches as well as an assault charge and one of possessing a prohibited drug.

She arrived ready to defend herself against Becher's claims, bringing their 14-week-old child in a baby carrier.
The prosecutor returned to court and told magistrate Susan Horan that Becher had produced 'a large amount of fresh evidence', which had not been served on Huijer.
That evidence, contained on a USB flash drive, included CCTV, screenshots and a phone recording the prosecutor said would prove Huijer had breached the AVO.
Ms Tohi said in light of the new evidence she was not in a position to proceed with the hearing and did not oppose it being adjourned.
When the matter was next listed on November 6 and Becher did not show up, Huijer pleaded guilty to the three AVO breaches as well as drug possession, while the assault charge was withdrawn.
Huijer's barrister Evan James asked for the matters to be adjourned for sentencing in December when he would attempt to have them dealt with under mental health provisions of the law.
On the same day Huijer was listed for a hearing into a separate allegation involving Becher, having pleaded not guilty to dishonestly obtaining financial advantage by deception at Point Piper in January 2024.
On December 17, Huijer faced magistrate Rodney Brender, who imposed a two-year community correction order for the three AVO breaches, along with $550 in fines.
The fraud charge was dismissed but Mr Brender fined Huijer an additional $100 for the drug possession offence and $1,000 for breaching her March 2024 CRO.
If Huijer commits any offence before December 16 next year she will be in breach of her latest community correction order and will be brought back before the court.
