A drug driver raced through a town reaching speeds of up to 120mph during a police chase which only ended when he ran out of petrol.
Ryan Moore, 20, led police on a 47-mile pursuit beginning in Salisbury after officers sighted his black Mercedes A Class which they suspected was involved in a drugs deal on December 9 shortly after 11pm.
Footage shows him dangerously weaving in and out of traffic on a motorway and speeding through Salisbury as police trail behind him.
The reckless driver can also be seen rushing through the busy town centre, narrowly missing parked cars.
He then speeds out of Salisbury on the A30, A303 and M3, and later hurtles towards a stretch of roadworks in an attempt to evade officers.
Moore eventually stopped near Fleet Services after his car ran out of fuel.
He then failed a roadside drug test for cannabis and was found to be using fraudulent registration plates.
The 20-year-old was sentenced to eight months in prison at Salisbury Crown Court on Friday.

He was also disqualified from driving for three years and four months after pleading guilty to dangerous driving, driving whilst disqualified, no insurance, failing to provide an evidential sample and using fraudulent registration plates.
PC Pedliham, of the Salisbury Community Policing Team, said Moore's prison term reflected the 'seriousness' of his behaviour.
'For a prolonged period of time, he put the lives of other road users at serious risk by making incredibly poor decisions, driving at excess speed and dangerously in a desperate attempt to evade police.
'Thankfully, through the collaborative work by our officers and Hampshire Police, the lengthy pursuit came to an end without any injuries.'
