A teenage girl who allegedly pepper-sprayed a family on a Texas riverboat while on probation was taught a harsh lesson by an infuriated judge.
Kasidy Luz Trevino, 17, was denied release from jail by Judge William 'Cruz' Shaw III, who told the young woman that she was 'on the riverwalk acting a fool'.
'You were on my probation,' the judge told the teen, irritated.
Trevino was serving juvenile probation at the time of the incident. It is unclear what she was on probation for.
She now additionally faces charges for assault causing bodily injury and injury to a child, elderly, or disabled person with intent after allegedly pepper-spraying a family after they asked her to turn down the music playing on her phone.
Trevino allegedly sprayed eight people on the boat on November 15 around 8:30pm while it was riding along the San Antonio River Walk.
The 17-year-old got angry after she was asked by the boat's operator to turn down her phone volume according to a police report viewed by the Daily Mail.
The operator then stalled the boat and the woman began to 'verbally threaten' those on board before unleashing the pepper spray, per the report.

'Stop recording me, b**ch, or I'll slap you in your s**t, the f**k,' she told a woman filming her, in a clip that has racked up millions of views on TikTok.
'I will slap your s**t, I will, I will.'
A person with the suspect then grabbed her arm and tried to gently pull her away from the conversation, but the woman continued her profane rant, the video showed.
'What you looking at, n***a, I will slap you!' she yelled.
'What's going to happen?' the person filming the exchange said.
'You're going to get arrested, that's what!'
