Rioters have smashed the door of a Minneapolis courthouse after a woman was shot dead by an ICE agent in the city.
Dozens of protesters were seen banging on the doors of the federal Diana E Murphy courthouse while chanting 'ICE out now!' just hours after the shooting in shocking footage shared to social media by Mercado Media.
One walked out of the courthouse while appearing to wear a keffiyeh, a traditional Middle Eastern scarf worn by those showing support for Palestine.
They were at the courthouse to protest the killing of Renee Nicole Good, a woman who was shot three times in the face by an ICE agent after she ignored demands to exit her car and attempted to flee.
Video of the protesters at the courthouse showed the man in the keffiyeh kicking and cracking a glass entrance.
However one of the mob then tells the man who kicked the door to 'wait', adding 'what are you doing bro? You can't do that s**t.'
Another video of the same group of protesters showed a woman, who said she was a lawyer, suggesting that the crowd should block the entrances.
Although tensions are high in the city, so far the reaction to the shooting has fallen short of the unrest caused by the killing of George Floyd in Minneapolis in 2020.
