Danny Kuttner's house in Beit Yanai faces one of Israel's most beautiful beaches. When she opens the window, you can hear the roar of the waves. Kuttner lives in conditions that few would accept: she rents a vacation home from an Israeli family that lives abroad and visits once a year for the summer holidays, during which she and her partner must pack up and return the house to the exact condition it was in before she moved in.
