2026 has started strongly for sci-fi fans with Amazon Prime's excellent Fallout season two continuing into the new year. Hot on its heels is the latest series from the Star Trek universe, Starfleet Academy, premiering January 15 on Paramount Plus, set in the 32nd century following the events of Star Trek: Discovery. Paramount also confirmed that Strange New Worlds season four will land sometime in 2026.
Other top sci-fi content to stream this year includes season two of Paradise on and Monarch: Legacy of Monsters on in February. Also returning in the first half of 2026 are the animated series Invincible and The Boys, both on Amazon Prime Video.
