Top psychic's 2026 predictions: Controversial star is destined to be single mother, canceled icon faces health drama... and fascinating forecast for JD Vance and Usha

An acclaimed New York psychic has revealed some shocking predictions for 2026 for some of the biggest names in politics and Hollywood.
A renowned psychic who delighted Daily Mail readers with her 2025 predictions is back with her eye-catching forecasts for 2026.
Mary 'Mae' Jordan, 78, better known as Mae the Irish Psychic, said some big names are in for a very turbulent year - Katy Perry, Ashton Kutcher and Ellen DeGeneres among them.
But Mae's trusty Aer Lingus playing cards predicted a sunnier future for Vice President JD Vance and his wife Usha during a reading at her stunning Long Island home last week. The couple have dismissed claims of tensions in their marriage.
Frail Ariana Grande, who has been hit with allegations of anorexia, newly-single Nicole Kidman and Prince Harry have also got reasons to be hopeful as the new year dawns, Mae believes.
Asked about the state of the world in general, Mae said: 'Spirituality is coming back, but I hope people will be kinder, and have more compassion, and realize how important friends and family are,' she said.
Though relationships, health, and wealth are top of mind for most, the topic most wanted to know about in 2025 was matters of the heart, Mae explained.
'Most people want to know about their love life, but it is very difficult to meet people today. People are very lonely, everybody is so detached,' she said. 'The people who don't want love are married to work, and their love is their job.'
Here's what's in store for 2026 for those making the headlines.

Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau
Singer Katy Perry didn't have the best year, splitting from boyfriend Orlando Bloom in August after taking a disastrous ride into space that saw her become a global laughingstock.
And Mae doesn't think 2026 will be much better for the 41-year-old Firework singer, despite a high profile fling with former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, 54.
'It isn't all ice cream and romance,' Mae said of Perry's rebound liaison with Trudeau, which began within weeks of her announcement in July that she'd split with Bloom.
'I don't see their relationship going the distance,' Mae said as she studied her cards. 'They will get married and have a baby over the next two years, but I see there will be a separation.'
If Mae's prediction comes true, it will leave Perry a twice-divorced single mother of two children by two different men.
Perry married Russell Brand in 2010 and the couple split just 14 months later.
She got engaged to Bloom on Valentine's Day 2019, but their wedding was postponed by the Covid pandemic.
Perry and Bloom welcomed daughter Daisy in August 2020 and split five years later without ever marrying.
Perry's April 2025 trip to space aboard a Blue Origin rocket owned by billionaire Jeff Bezos saw her mocked for her theatrical antics while in orbit.
They included brandishing a daisy and a card featuring her new album's track listing in front of an onboard camera while pulling an excruciatingly earnest facial expression.

Ellen DeGeneres
Ellen DeGeneres will remain in the showbusiness wilderness after a bullying scandal that obliterated her career, Mae said. She also faces a debilitating health drama as she approaches 70.
'I don't see her back on television again,' Mae said.
DeGeneres, 67, and actress wife Portia De Rossi, 52, fled their English mansion this fall after becoming sick of the British weather.
They'd moved there from the US in the wake of Donald Trump's second election win, but Mae doesn't think they'll ever return.
'I don't see her living in the UK. I don't think she likes it there. I don't think she has adjusted to the lifestyle and is feeling unsettled there.'
'I wouldn’t be shocked if she moved somewhere else in another place in Europe. I am seeing in a year's time or three.'
Mae said that DeGeneres suffers from some type of chronic ailment, and living in England has not been good for her health.
A worker said DeGeneres hated men, loathed Gordon Ramsay and claimed she had one staffer ousted for warning her not to fall off a bike and another booted for blocking her car with a golf cart outside the studio where her show was taped.

Ashton Kutcher
The scandal-plagued Dude, Where's My Car? star, 47, is said to be trying to launch a career comeback after a series of scandals sullied his image.
But Mae says Kutcher will have to accept smaller roles to start with if he wants to win over moviegoers again.
'I think he has to take care of his image,' she said 'If he does come back to the movies he has to have a new start.'
She added: 'I see him doing some type of writing or directing. He won't write about romance but focus on medical or death.'
Kutcher is believed to have been blacklisted by Hollywood after he and wife Mila Kunis wrote a letter of support for his That 70's Show co-star Danny Masterson following his rape conviction.
Kutcher's ties to Sean 'Diddy' Combs have further tarnished his name, although there has never been any suggestion of impropriety on Kutcher's part.

JD Vance, Usha and Erika Kirk
Mae's cards told her that Vice President JD Vance, 41, and his wife Usha, 39, have a strong marriage, after Vance ridiculed claims of discord.
'I think JD Vance loves his wife. He has a wonderful wife - kind, loving, and supportive wife,' Mae said.
Mae added that Usha is happy to support her husband and will continue to stand by his side, with Vance currently the favorite to clinch the Republican nomination for president in 2028 when Donald Trump completes his final term.
A close hug between Vance and conservative star Erika Kirk set tongues wagging in October, but Mae insists the embrace was completely innocent.
'That is her personality,' she said. 'I am Irish. We rarely hug.'
'I don't see anything romantic between Erika and JD it is more of a brotherly vibe,' Mae added.
Kirk's husband Charlie Kirk was murdered at a Turning Point USA event in Utah in September. Kirk has now taken over the organization and Mae thinks the mother-of-two will strike a good work-life balance in 2026.
'Erika is very driven. There is no stopping her. She is very focused on Turning USA, and in the next two years, we will get to know Erika better,' she said.
'It has been one thing after another. People are pushing her forward. She got caught up in all the interviews and television appearances after her husband died. She wanted to do it for him,' she said.
'Her day will come when she grieves him.'

Ariana Grande and Kelly Osborne
Grande and Osborne worried fans with their increasingly gaunt appearances in 2025 - but Mae thinks both will get their health back on track in 2026.
'Ariana will look less frail and more healthy as she prepares for her next role,' Mae said of the Wicked star whose slender frame sparked an anorexia accusation from Megyn Kelly.
Osborne claims the shocking changes to her appearance are due to the grief of losing her rock star father Ozzy Osborne to a heart attack in July.
Mae says Osborne will put on some weight in the new year - but that she will never go back to the plus-size figure she proudly flaunted when she first got famous.
'I see her gaining a few pounds, but she will never go back to her old weight,' Mae predicted.

Zohran Mamdani
Mae predicts the incoming socialist Mayor of New York City will find it hard to implement many of his controversial schemes.
'I think he can sway people because he can be very charming,' she said, 'But, there will be a lot of friction and tension in the city because of the programs he wants to implement - especially with housing and transportation.'
She also sees that he will have some problems with staffing his team.
'He is very committed to his policies, but many are over the top,' she said.
Many Jewish New Yorkers are divided since his win.
Despite his claims that 'he will protect Jewish New Yorkers, ' many are wary and outraged that the 34-year-old Muslim pro-Palestinian mayor is in power
She predicts that more New Yorkers will be moving out in the new year.
'He got the vote and he's in,' she said.
And, he is already doing things differently. At midnight on Jan. 1, Mamdani will be sworn in as mayor of New York City inside an old abandoned City Hall subway station.

Donald Trump
Trump was caught taking a snooze during a cabinet meeting with US Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth and US Secretary of State Marco Rubio in early December.
Mae predicts that the 79-year-old president may need to take a little catnap here and there because he rarely sleeps.
'He is consumed and totally committed to achieving his vision for the country. His overpowering personality will continue to work in his favor since he does what he says he is going to do,' she said.
She predicts that he will need another year to get the economy going again, but said that the war in Ukraine will end.
'Trump has compassion. He doesn't like war and violence, and to see people dying,' she said.
His approval rating will dip slightly with younger people in the new year, but most are happy with what he is doing in the country.
She said his name-calling antics, which she called 'atrocious,' will continue into the new year.
His latest was in November, when he told a female reporter, 'Quiet Piggy,' while taking questions aboard Air Force One.
'That is the childish side of Trump that comes out. He gets frustrated because he is used to winning, and if you call him out on something, he gets upset and calls you a name.
'He is reactive, and people don’t like it. It would be fantastic if he calms down, but it's a small price to pay if he improves the country.'
The name-calling, she said, is not only coming from the President but from both parties. 'They trash each other, and I hope it will stop,' Mae said.

Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban
After 19 years of marriage and two children together, Kidman and Urban, both 58, split earlier this year in a move that reportedly left Kidman blindsided.
The pair had been living separately since the summer, according to reports.
Mae said Kidman was deeply in love with Urban but that 'emotional triggers' from his past made him refocus his priorities on his music.
She thinks Urban will come to realize he made a terrible mistake - but that Kidman will soon move on.
'Nicole was the best thing that ever happened to her husband. He's the loser in this relationship.' Mae said.
'Nicole will have a new man in her life in 2026 and her career will continue to flourish.'

Britney Spears
The 43-year-old pop star appears to be spiraling.
Sources claim that Spears has not been responding to her family's attempts to reach her, leaving loved ones very concerned for her welfare.
And in another recent photo, she looked disheveled, her face visibly puffy, and her hair wild as she left a restaurant, holding a full champagne glass, which was featured in exclusive Daily Mail footage.
Mae predicts that the former pop princess will enter rehab in the new year.
'She’s got some really serious issues. She needs some type of intervention for her life,' she said.
'She is a beautiful and talented girl, but she is so troubled, and she needs help.'

The royals
Mae thinks Harry, 41, will unexpectedly be called back to England for a family emergency in 2026.
She thinks it could help heal the rift with his father King Charles, 77, whose cancer treatment is going well.
Mae thinks Harry will be the one to make the first move and offer an apology.
She doesn't predict a rapprochement between Harry and his brother Prince William, 43, in the near future.
Surprisingly, Mae thinks Queen Camilla, 78, and Princess Kate, 43, will eventually warm up to him, despite the embarrassing details Harry shared about both women in his autobiography Spare.
Mae says Meghan's attempts to be a domestic goddess with her Netflix cookery show will fall flat - but that the 44-year-old Duchess of Sussex's ambition will lead to other successes.
'She wants to be an entrepreneur, Mae said.
'She is very strong willed and wants to be extremely successful and she can do anything with or without Harry. She doesn’t need Harry to be successful. She predicts she will be writing a book or write a movie or go back into acting.'
Prince Harry will be called back to England for a family emergency this year, while Meghan's attempt to set up a lifestyle brand will flop, Mae thinks
